 Eni has been present in the United States since 1968.

 Eni North America operates in the areas of direct and indirect channels in the lubricants marketplace. Eni products are manufactured in Cabot, Pennsylvania and are sold through the distribution and direct sales in the following markets: 

 Eni Trading & Shipping Inc. (ETS) operates in the activities of domestic crude marketing and trading, international crude cargo marketing and trading of refined products and components.

Activities are performed in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, and in Texas onshore

Over a developed and undeveloped acreage of 3,122 square kilometers (2,191 square kilometers net to Eni).

 The commodity trading group is active in:

 Domestic crude marketing and trading

• Deep water exploration and production in the Gulf of Mexico

 International crude cargo marketing

Automotive

Trading of refined products and components

• Fort Worth, Texas Basin

Heavy duty metals

• E&P in Alaska (N. Slope)

 NY Harbor storage infrastructure to blend gasoline components

We have been in the country since 1968, in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska and onshore in Texas. Our activities on the American continent are concentrated on exploration and development activities, as well as refining and technological research projects in collaboration with MIT.
