How to add additional pages? Most of the time your publications are made by importing a single PDF file, but sometimes you want to add additional pages afterwards.

Steps to add additional pages

Open your project and click on the Pages tab Go to the page before which you want to insert your new pages Right click, select Import and Insert Pages Before Selected Select the file from which you want to import pages If you want to import just a couple of pages, then select Custom (you may have to click on the Preferences button first to make this field visible). Specify which pages you want to import. For example

◆ 1-4, 8 imports pages 1,2,3,4 and 8 ◆ - 5 imports pages 1,2,3,4 and 5 ◆ 8+ imports all remaining pages, starting at page 8

Tip If you want to append your pages to the end of your document, then you can simply click on the Add pages button in the menu bar. This is a quicker way to import, but you don't have to option to specify where the pages will be added.
