How to insert GIF animation? (Business edition feature)

This feature can make your publication more attractive for your readers and it opens doors for a lot of possibilities: animated product images, gifs in training documents and more visual storytelling in general. Go to the page where you want to insert the GIF Click on the Content Editor button in the menu bar and choose GIF Animation in the menu on the left in the window that would pop up. This will open the Pick files window. Select the GIF file that you want to insert and click on Open . As in the example on the previous page, a rectangle would appear, but this time it would show the first frame of the animation within the purple border Just like with any other embedded media, you can set up the aspect ratio that can follow after the original ratio of the GIF animation or can be customized to your needs. i As for the GIFs, you can specify the following settings for the GIF-file in your publication: ◆ Autostart - enables/disables autostart of your GIF-animation when the page is opened. ◆ Loop Animation - allows you to view your GIF-animation continuously looping. 1 2 3 4
