Error ‘License server operation failed’ When you start FlippingBook Publisher and get a ‘License server operation failed’ error then can often be solved as follows (if you have Publisher version that is older than 2.6.5, please contact our Helpdesk first): In the small login dialogue window showing up at the launch of FlippingBook Publisher, click Settings Change the Connection type to Automatic . (If you know your proxy-credentials, you can also set this to Custom Proxy Server and enter them manually) Click the Check connection -button If you see a window called Connection successful (all the checkmarks are green) then press OK twice and try to log in again. If you see more red checkmarks, then something in your company’s network is blocking the connection to our server. Contact your network administrators and show them the information on the opposite page. They will have to make some changes to the network settings. 1 2 3 4 5
