Upload your publication directly to your FTP/SFTP server If you are an experienced FTP-user and you have access to FlippingBook Publisher Professional or Business Edition, then you can skip some of the steps mentioned in the Local folder section by directly publishing to your FTP server from FlippingBook Publisher. Click Upload Publication button and then choose the option FTP/SFTP server Fill in the host, login and password (or key file and key file password – for SFTP servers) for your server, choose Auto , FTP or SFTP protocol and press Next . This will open the root folder of your website in a new window. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload your publication to. We advise to create a new, empty, folder for each publication. Insert the URL of your future publication so that it would be possible to obtain the embed code right after uploading the flipbook to your server. Please address the corresponding Help Article article "Working with URL for Sharing and Embedding" for the extended info. Customize Access Settings for the publication and click Start to begin the upload. 1 2 3 4 5
Very important Th e FTP/SFTP function overwrites any files that are already present in the target directory, hence we always recommend creating a new folder to publish to.
